How do I check my consignor credit balance and see what has sold?

• Log in to your consignor portal to see the current status of all your items, as well as the amount of consignor credit you have available.
• If this is your first time consigning with us, you will receive an email invite from ConsignorAccess along with your consignor invoice. Follow the prompts in the ConsignorAccess email to log in to your account for the first time.

When will I get paid?

• As soon as your items sell, you will earn credit on your account. You have two options to collect cash-value payment.
• Direct Deposit payment: Set up SimpleACH within your consignor portal. Once set up is complete, email us at creatureconsign@gmail.com to let us know you are ready for a direct deposit!
• Pick up a check at the shop between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Does my consignor credit expire?

• Nope! Your credit never expires and we pay out on request.
