Refund policy
Online Purchases
We do not allow returns for online purchases except in the following cases:
- An item is damaged in a way that was not disclosed in the online listing;
- You received an incorrect item.
Please email creatureconsign@gmail.com to report issues within 2 days of receiving the the item request a return.
In-Person Purchases
Creature accepts returns for in-store credit on non-sale items within 2 days of purchase. Items must have original Creature tags still attached. We do not offer refunds
